Why now?

“Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.”

Before you cry foul and point out that in 2020 – Congress has not made any laws prohibiting freedom of speech- there’s an obvious problem when companies heavily invested in political parties or candidates start to censor public opinion.

Congress has been elected to represent the people. There are some cases where Congress has acted to preserve rights of the people they serve. Unfortunately, they have been slow to address grievances and obvious censorship by many media outlets.

Even as they have allowed some states to dictate regulations related to assembly, specifically with respect to religion – they have failed to address the freedoms being slowly chipped away.

FreePressOklahoma.com was started to keep censorship out of the conversation. If you can’t get your point across without profanity or demeaning others, it’s likely not worth hearing.

Your “Freedom of Speech” doesn’t give you rights to be disrespectful. No profanity – All comments are moderated strictly to keep conversation G-Rated.
